What people ask before starting.
Can I start if I cannot do a push-up or pull-up?
Yes. Coaches use regressions and supported variations to help you build the required strength and technique from your current level.
What age can children start calisthenics?
K2's minimum age is five years. Kids training focuses on age-appropriate strength, coordination, mobility, confidence and body awareness.
Is there an upper age limit?
K2 does not set an upper age limit. Suitability depends on current ability, health context and an appropriate starting plan.
What are the class timings?

What happens during a K2 trial?
K2 offers two free training days to experience the coaching, discuss your goals and find a suitable starting level. Day 2 is the next working day at the same batch time, skipping Sundays and park holidays.
